We want you to be happy with every MotionSeeds product. Because our products are digital downloads that can't be returned, refunds work as follows.
When you can get a refund
You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase if:
- the product doesn't work as described on its product page, and we can't fix the problem within a reasonable time;
- you were charged twice for the same order; or
- you couldn't download the product and we couldn't solve the issue.
When refunds aren't available
- You changed your mind after downloading the product.
- The product page clearly stated that it doesn't support your software version or system.
- More than 14 days have passed since purchase.
Before asking for a refund
Please email us first with your order number and a short description of the problem. Most issues can be fixed quickly, and we're happy to help.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method. It can take 5 to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank. After a refund, your license key is deactivated and the product may no longer be used.
Your legal rights
This policy doesn't affect any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
