These terms apply when you use motionseeds.com or buy a plugin, script or template from MotionSeeds. By using the site or making a purchase, you agree to them.
Who we are
MotionSeeds is a business run by Mahbubur Rahman in Bangladesh. "MotionSeeds", "we" and "us" on this page mean that business. Lemon Squeezy sells our products to you as the reseller (see Purchases below).
Purchases
Orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller (Merchant of Record). Lemon Squeezy's buyer terms also apply to your order. Prices are shown in US dollars, and any applicable taxes are added at checkout.
After payment you receive a download link by email, plus a license key for plugins.
License
When you buy a product you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it.
- You may use the product in unlimited personal and commercial projects, including client work.
- You may activate a plugin on up to 2 computers at a time, unless its product page says otherwise.
- You may not resell, share, sublicense or give away the product files or license keys, modified or not.
- You may not include the source files in another template, plugin or asset pack that you sell or distribute.
MotionSeeds keeps all ownership and copyright in its products. Your license ends if you break these terms.
Updates and support
Your purchase includes free bug-fix updates and email support at the address below. We aim to keep products working with current versions of After Effects and Premiere Pro, but cannot guarantee compatibility with future software versions.
Refunds
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
Portfolio content
Videos and images in the portfolio are shown for demonstration only. They may belong to MotionSeeds or to the clients they were made for, and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Website use
Please don't misuse this website, for example by trying to break its security or by copying its content for commercial use.
Disclaimer
Products are provided "as is". Always save and back up your projects before using a new plugin or script. To the extent allowed by law, MotionSeeds is not liable for indirect losses such as lost work, lost profit or project delays. Our total liability for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page when you make a purchase applies to that purchase.
